It is not as easy to change your life. You must make the decision to change, but you must also understand that it is not easy. It takes years and hard work but the decision to jump on board the path is truly its biggest reward.
This workshop will involve practical ideas and provide skills that will help create a new vision for your life. The language that will be used will be kept simple and easy to understand. Your age doesn’t matter as I will give you tools that will improve your ability to sustain a challenging and fulfilling life.
